WELCOME TO SAFER

The FMCSA Safety and Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) System offers company safety data and related services to industry and the public over the Internet. Users can search FMCSA databases, register for a USDOT number, pay fines online, order company safety profiles, challenge FMCSA data using the DataQs system, access the Hazardous Material Route registry, obtain National Crash and Out of Service rates for Hazmat Permit Registration, get printable registration forms and find information about other FMCSA Information Systems.

In recognition of the President's Coronavirus Guidelines for America and following the Department's guidance to take all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of the USDOT workforce, FMCSA has reassessed the safety of having registration application forms mailed to the Agency. Any mail, including forms, that was sent to FMCSA on or after Friday, March 13, may not be processed in a timely manner. Please resend them via fax or web form as directed below:

  • Web form: ask.fmcsa.dot.gov (select email at the top of the page)
  • Fax: (202) 366-3477

For Registration and Licensing forms that are submitted via the web form, the applicant will receive a confirmation number by email.

April 27, 2020 PIN Consolidation: FMCSA has consolidated the USDOT, MC & MX PINs into one USDOT PIN. This effort has eliminated the MC and MX PINs. FMCSA systems must now be accessed using your USDOT PIN only.

If you do not have your USDOT PIN or need to reset it, please visit our PIN request website:https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration/request-pin-number

An inclusive community where all children enjoytheir learning and achieve their full potential

Milwaukee

Please scroll down the page for COVID guidance

Welcome to our school website

At Hatchell Wood Primary Academy, we aim to provide the highest standards of education for our community. All the staff have high expectations of the children and themselves to ensure that each child becomes a confident, talented learner who achieves their full potential. We want your child’s time here to be memorable because they have had fun and enjoyed new experiences which has sparked their interest so that they want to do their best.

Our aim is to prepare children for the future and for lifelong learning in a diverse and ever changing world with opportunities as well as challenges. The skills they need to achieve this form our Smart Seven Skills.

We encourage the development of values and expectations based on tolerance, respect, perseverance, commitment and courtesy. We emphasise the importance of caring, sharing and learning to work and play together in a secure and happy environment; skills and attitudes which will be vital in later life.

We have achieved the SIlver School Mental Health Award which reflects the hard work and commitment of all our staff to support children and adults in our school, particularly in these difficult times.

We are a Silver Award Learning Outside the Classroom school and our vision for this is, 'every child should experience the world beyond the classroom as an essential part of learning and personal development whatever their age, ability and circumstances.'

We believe that parents and carers play a significant role in the education of their children and through close cooperation and communication with you we can enhance and enliven the experiences that your child will have in school. In this way we will, together, bring out the very best in your child.

As part of the Rose Learning Trust we will continue to transform futures collaboratively.
